Responsibilities include interpretation and translation for executive meetings, coordinating cross-functional communication, supporting store operations improvement initiatives, and helping ensure policies and procedures are implemented consistently across locations.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Duties<br><br></strong><strong>Interpretation and Translation<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provide consecutive interpretation for executive meetings, business discussions, and on-site visits involving the Vice President.</li><li> Serve as the primary liaison with Japan headquarters, translating Japanese/English business and operational communications.</li><li> Ensure accurate, culturally appropriate, and confidential handling of all translated and executive materials.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Administrative and Executive Support <br><br></strong><ul><li> Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President, including calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.</li><li> Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, minutes, and executive summaries for internal and cross-border meetings.</li><li> Coordinate projects, track action items, and act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Store Operations Improvement Support<br><br></strong><ul><li> Identify store-level operational challenges and support project management efforts to drive effective solutions.</li><li> Create, translate, and localize store manuals, SOPs, and operational guidelines in alignment with local requirements.</li><li> Support system rollouts and conduct on-site store visits to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</li><li> Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or a related operational environment.<br><br></li></ul>To apply please email your resume to myamamoto@pasona.com
