<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Maintenance Electrician</strong><strong>Job Description</strong><p>As a Maintenance Electrician, you will perform both emergency and preventative electrical repairs on plant equipment and infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining PLC drive components, ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems, and documenting process control changes.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Perform emergency and preventative electrical repairs on plant equipment and infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain PLC drive components such as SLC 500, RSLogix, PLC5, Control Logix, Micrologix, and PanelView.</li><li>Safely work on 120/240/480V systems and temperature/P.I.D. controls.</li><li>Use the work order system to log and complete tasks as directed.</li><li>Ensure safe tool use, follow Lock-out/Tag-out procedures, and report hazards.</li><li>Complete projects and implement/document process control changes as directed by supervisors.</li><li>Maintain proper backup and documentation of PLC programs.</li><li>Train technicians on electrical troubleshooting and equipment.</li><li>Communicate maintenance issues for scheduling and resolution.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Electrical troubleshooting and repair.</li><li>Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and wiring skills.</li><li>Preventive maintenance and blueprint reading.</li><li>Industrial maintenance technician experience.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).</li><li>Technical diploma in electrical or electronic technology, or 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician.</li></ul><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Join a dynamic team where you can grow your skills in a challenging and supportive environment.
