About the position

Position overview Assist with daily workload and analysis of various reporting and operational activities within the scope of Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti Vehicle Remarketing and Customer Remarketing processes as well as support with internal and external audits and compliance requirements. Support internal audit activities (preventative and detective controls). Assist in special projects as directed by the Senior Manager including but not limited to audit preparation, process improvement and automation. The hourly range for this role is \$18/hr-\$20/hr. Physical requirements PFS' Remarketing Department facilitates a national call center with operating hours requiring employee flexibility to work early morning, late evening and/or rotating shifts to maintain appropriate customer support and coverage. Occasional weekend and holiday work may also be required. Employee work schedules determined by business need, managed accordingly, and communicated to staff. Position Location: The internship is based at PFS headquarters in Atlanta, GA, and the intern is required to be on-site in Atlanta for the entire six-month duration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for the Bentley and Lamborghini portfolio, including but not limited to, updating formulas (eg, vlookup, if/and Statement(s), conditional formatting, index match formula(s), pivot tables, etc.) or troubleshooting problems within the database.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis as it relates to sales support programs.
  • Perform, streamline and develop new audits and detective controls as business needs evolve.
  • Monitor monthly vehicle sales activity through the Manheim auctions.
  • Maintain internally required technical and training documents as it pertains to the Bentley and Lamborghini processes and procedures.
  • Prepare upcoming vehicle sale announcements as requested for the dealer network.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the BFS Sales Support Programs.
  • Assist with the benchmarking and gathering of competitive data.
  • Assess current processes to identify gaps and potential automation opportunities.
  • Provide Customer Remarketing administrative support (eg internal queues and work request based maintenance).
  • Support additional business functions within the Customer Service & Remarketing Department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with focus in Business, Finance or Computer Science strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for a duration of a minimum of 12 months required.
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision is required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
  • Strong orientation towards detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and VBA is a definite plus.
  • Aptitude and willingness to work with new software is necessary.
