Who You Are

You’re a high-performance professional. You thrive on connecting deeply with people and leading them through life-changing decisions. You don’t need to be micromanaged because you choose to show up like your name’s on the building. We’re not building a team of clock-punchers, we’re building a team of voluntary psychos (in the best way possible)! People who get lit up by growth, who love stacking wins, and who show up ready to dominate. If you see work as a vehicle for impact, fulfillment, and high-stakes performance…you’ll thrive here!

What You’ll Do

  • Convert warm leads from paid traffic into in-office consultations and laser treatment trials.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects in under 60 seconds.
  • Use our proven scripts and objection-handling frameworks while making the call your own.
  • Hit daily and weekly targets for booked and showed appointments.
  • Maintain airtight CRM notes and follow-up with leads until the job is done.
  • Train weekly, role-play often, and continuously sharpen your skills like a pro-athlete.

  • High-Performance Culture: Results, ownership, intensity, and support.

You’ll Crush This Role If You Are:

  • A rapport-building machine - you connect quick, and you connect deep.
  • A shark - relentless, driven, and not afraid of the phone.
  • A pro - organized, coachable, and obsessed with outcomes.
