Econet Wireless Zimbabwe is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Sourcing Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media) to identify passive and active candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and assessing their interest and qualifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive landscapes, and effective sourcing channels.
  • Pre-screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or a similar talent acquisition role (minimum 18 months).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong command of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, online job boards).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • High degree of adaptability and comfort with technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
