Provide exceptional custody services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues and ensure a seamless client experience. Monitor and report on client account activity, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in custody services, ensuring compliance at all times. Assist with onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services. Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our services and addressing any questions or concerns. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall client experience. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on account activity and addressing any client needs or requests. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
