We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, customer service, and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of online tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate communications

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records

  • Handle customer service inquiries via email or chat

  • Conduct online research and prepare reports

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing (if applicable)

  • Create and manage content for social media or blogs (optional)

  • Update websites or product listings (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WordPress)

  • Support project management using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
